CDR Pumps UTS

The CDR UTS EVO Magnetic Drive Pump is both highly efficient and extremely durable. This mag drive pump is available as either a long-coupled (UTS Evo) or close-coupled (UTS-B Evo) option and features a zero-vapour loss and corrosion resistant design for heavy duty chemical and pharmaceutical applications. Suitable for both high temperature and low temperature executions from -100° up to +180° as standard which is expandable up to +300° with the right choice of options.

Suitable for handling aggressive, toxic and hazardous liquids, the UTS Evo seal-less pump is the right choice for the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries; these mag drive pumps are manufactured in stainless steel and on a bare shaft execution and are equipped with a reliable oil lubricated bearing bracket which has been developed to suit the most arduous of duties.

This magnetic drive pump is available as available as the long-coupled UTS Evo and the close-coupled UTS-B Evo in Stainless Steel, AISI 316 being a very popular choice but these mag drive pumps are also available in Hastelloy for increased corrosion resistance or Super Duplex for increased abrasion resistance. Capable of handling hot fluids, optional steam jackets also keep your liquids warm whilst passing through the pump reducing any viscosity concerns you may have.

CDR Pumps work with you to provide a safe and reliable pumping solution to ensure your plant operates to its full capacity, however with rotating equipment, mechanical failures can occur. The UTS Evo and UTS-B Evo magnetic drive pumps have the unique addition of a heavy-duty bearing assembly system which includes the bearing support and rotating bearings, bushes and wet-end gaskets. This assembly system is available as an optional extra and by keeping one on the shelf, you have an instant back up system on site which can have you back up and running in a couple of hours.
